Reflexology
A safe complementary therapy that promotes deep relaxation, relieves stress, improves circulation and wellbeing .
Gentle to firm pressure is applied to specific “reflex” points on the feet or hands to bring the body back into balance.
Additionally I have an Advanced Post Graduate training in Special Needs Reflexology and over 20 years experience as an SNA
Reiki
A Japanese energy healing technique for relaxation and stress reduction that promotes natural healing by channeling universal life force energy through the therapists hands to the client to support well being and bring balance physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually thorough light touch by placing the hands on or slightly over the clients body. Includes Aura and Chakra Balancing and Cleansing
Integrated Energy Therapy
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is sometimes referred to as Angel Healing. It is a powerful yet very gentle hands on healing therapy. Simply put it helps release the issues that are stored in your tissues. IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting beliefs and energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and helps you to fulfil your soul’s purpose so that you reach your full potential.
Seichem
This is an Egyptian hands on healing technique, it works in harmony with Reiki as its base but in addition it brings in the other elements of fire, water and air.
This energy heals on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels, with a focus on the heart centre.

Rahanni Celestial Healing
Rahanni is a 5th dimensional high frequency energy that opens the heart to ones natural essence of truth love and compassion, bringing peace and healing at the highest level.

Additional Needs Reflexology
Reflexology is especially effective for neurodivergent children and adults. Reflexology provides a soothing sensory experience. It can help to calm, relax, release tension, anxiety, improve sleep and focus.
I have over 20 years experience working with children with additional needs.
Reiki Distance Healing
You can receive the benefits of Reiki energy in your own home without being physically present with the practitioner. Reiki energy can be sent across any distance and the treatment is just as effective as being there in person. Powerful healing can be sent to anyone, anywhere, at any time, including to the past or into the future
Distance I.E.T.
Distance I. E. T. healing works by the practitioner connecting to the client’s energy field using intention and specific techniques.
Distance healing is a convenient option for those with busy schedules, physical limitations, or who are located far from a practitioner.
Distance Seichem Healing
Distance Seichem is a high-frequency, multidimensional healing energy.
Seichem shares some similarities with Reiki, but is often described as much more intense, working on every layer including the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It brings you into a more aligned and balanced state.
Hand Reflexology
Hand reflexology is a complimenatary therapy where targeted pressure is applied to reflex points to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes. It operates on the principle that specific points on the hands correspond to various organs and systems within the body to promote wellbeing.
Upcoming Classes
IET training classes are each powerful days of self-healing and energy therapy certification training. In each class, you will be attuned to a powerful angelic energy ray that activates your 12-strand Spiritual DNA. You will then learn how to heartlink to the energy of your angels and use their energy for healing. You will learn how each primary human emotion is correlated to a specific physical region of the body, as well as how to use the IET integration power points to clear them. Fully illustrated training guide and certificate provided with each class.

Basic Level I. E. T
This is a one day class that provides you with an:
- Attunement to the Basic IET energy ray that will activate the 1st and 2nd DNA pairs and will empower you to energize and integrate cellular memory blocks
- Location and use of the IET energy integration power points
- Introduction to Energy Anatomy and the Cellular Memory Map
- Increase in your ability to be an energy intuitive and “read” energy

I.E.T. for Pets
This class focuses on cats, dogs, and horses and teaches how to offer a complete Basic Level IET session to these wonderful creatures. The cellular memory in animals is in some ways similar to that of human beings, but is in many ways different.
This class explores the soul’s mission of these three types of pets, details their nine cellular memory areas, their IET integration points, and the complete step-by-step session procedures.
A fun day of learning
Students must complete the Basic Level Integrated Energy Therapy® training class in order to take this class.

The advanced training class is a one day class that provides you with an:

About Me
My name is Laura. I believe that we all have the potential to heal ourselves from within, in all aspects of our lives. I am passionate about the benefits and transformations that energy therapy can bring. I provide a safe space and empower and rebalance my clients using Reiki, Seichem, Integrated Energy Therapy and Reflexology.
I am a Reiki, Seichem and Integated Energy Therapy Master. I qualified with an ITEC Diploma in Reflexology in 1996 and have been adding on to and updating my skills ever since. I hold Post Graduate training in Special Needs Reflexology and over 20 years experience as an SNA.
My practice is located in my home. Through focused and intuitive sessions, available in-person or remotely. I work to clear energy blockages, allowing your body to naturally heal from within and restore its balance. I’m passionate about helping clients move forward from chronic issues and emotional stagnation, guiding them toward a remembering of who they are, through reducing their stress, increasing their vitality and helping them to achieve their goals and dreams.
